How long does processing take for each destination? +
As a guide: Schengen takes around 15 days, the UK around 20 days, and Canada around 30 days. For the US, the embassy usually responds the same day or the day before your interview. We confirm a realistic window for your specific case before you start.
What does Service Assurance cover? +
If we can't reserve your appointment slot in time for your travel dates, or deliver within the timeline we agreed, you receive a full refund of our service fee. It's straightforward and written into every engagement. The one thing it can't override is the embassy's own decision, which is always theirs to make.
Are government and VFS fees included in your price? +
No, and that's deliberate. Our published figure is our service fee only. Government, VFS, and insurance charges are passed through at exactly what they cost, with receipts, so nothing is marked up quietly. You always see the full total before any payment.
Are my documents stored safely? +
Yes. You upload everything through a secure link we send you: your passport and personal documents stay protected and are used only for your application, never shared elsewhere.

How much does a Schengen visa service cost from Dubai? +
Our Schengen visa service fees range from AED 350 for document checking and guidance up to AED 1,900 for our VIP package with a 5-day appointment and dedicated case manager. Government and VFS fees (currently EUR 90 per adult, increased from EUR 80 in June 2026) are separate and passed through at cost, with receipts.

How long does a Canada visitor visa take from Dubai? +
Our Standard Canada package secures an appointment within about a month, Priority under 15 days, and Express under 5 days. The decision timeline afterward depends on IRCC processing, not on us.
Can I complete the whole visa process without visiting an office in Dubai? +
Yes. Everything runs through WhatsApp and secure document upload: eligibility screening, document review, and appointment slot reservation. You submit your file and attend your own biometric appointment at VFS or the embassy in person yourself; we reserve the slot for you in advance.
How much does a UK visa service cost from Dubai? +
Our UK visitor visa service fees are AED 950 (Standard, appointment in under a month), AED 1,400 (Priority, under 15 days) or AED 2,500 (Express, under 5 days). The UK government's own visa fee (from £135 for a 6-month visa up to £1,128 for a 10-year visa, increased in April 2026) is separate and paid directly to the UK government.
How much does a US visa service cost from Dubai? +
Our US B1/B2 visitor visa service fees are AED 1,000 (Standard), AED 1,500 (Priority) or AED 2,000+ (Express), depending on how soon you need your interview slot. The US government's own MRV visa fee is separate and paid directly to the US government at booking.
