Appointments in Abu Dhabi or Dubai
Where the destination allows a choice, we can arrange your appointment in Abu Dhabi or in Dubai. The available dates are not the same in the two cities, but we have access to both, so it makes no difference for us. Tell us which city suits you and we check both to find the best date. Where third-party booking is permitted and included in your package, we book it for you. Where the visa centre requires the applicant to book personally, we guide you through the official process. If you would like to meet, we can do a video call (Zoom or Teams). And if it is really necessary, we can travel to Abu Dhabi.

Printing and delivery, by destination
Schengen needs a physical file. Our Express and VIP packages print your full file and send it to you by courier in Abu Dhabi, or in any other emirate. For the UK, the US and Canada, everything is uploaded online, so there is nothing to print or send, exactly as for our Dubai clients.
How it works from Abu Dhabi
- Step 1. A free eligibility check. A few questions, no obligation, and we follow up on WhatsApp.
- Step 2. A written quote. Our service fee is published and shown on its own, with government and visa centre charges listed separately at cost.
- Step 3. Your documents, over WhatsApp. You send them to us. We complete the forms, write the cover letter and check every document against the destination's requirements.
- Step 4. Your appointment. We arrange it in Abu Dhabi or Dubai where the destination allows it, whichever suits you, subject to availability (see below). Where the visa centre requires you to book personally, we guide you through the official process.
- Step 5. The in-person step. You attend your biometrics appointment or, for the US, your interview. For Schengen, which needs a physical file, our Express and VIP packages print it and send it by courier to your address in any emirate. For the UK, the US and Canada, everything is uploaded online.
We don't have a walk-in office in Abu Dhabi
We are a DET-licensed consultancy based in Dubai (Trade License No. 1454717) and we work online by design: it keeps our costs, and therefore our fees, low, and it means clients in Abu Dhabi are never at a disadvantage. What matters is our licence, not an office: we are licensed by Dubai DET, which you can verify on the DET website, and we provide our remote services to clients living across the UAE. If you would like to meet, we can do a video call (Zoom or Teams), and we can travel if it is really necessary. Where Abu Dhabi residents attend their appointment
The centre depends on the destination. This is the current picture, and we confirm it again for your destination before booking, because availability can shift.
France
For many UAE applicants, France visa applications are submitted through the dedicated VFS Global centre in Abu Dhabi, so living in Abu Dhabi is often an advantage here. We confirm the applicable centre before booking. Slots can book up fast once your file is ready.
Spain
Spain uses BLS International, not VFS Global, with centres in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Availability can differ between the two, so the best option depends on the dates available when you book. BLS currently requires applicants to complete the appointment booking themselves through its official system, with live identity verification. We guide you through the process, but you must be present for the booking step itself.
Italy
Italy only accepts applicants at the centre matching the emirate on their UAE residence visa. With an Abu Dhabi residence visa you apply in Abu Dhabi, with no choice either way.
Germany, Switzerland and Greece
Both the Dubai and Abu Dhabi centres are used. Germany and Switzerland release appointments from a waitlist rather than an open calendar, and Greece can show no slots at all during summer at both centres, so availability is the constraint, not location.
Other Schengen countries
For most other countries you can choose the Dubai or Abu Dhabi centre depending on availability when you book.
United Kingdom
You apply online on gov.uk, then attend a biometrics appointment at the VFS Global centre in Dubai or Abu Dhabi.
Canada
You apply online to IRCC, then give biometrics in person at the VFS Global centre in Dubai or Abu Dhabi.
United States
We prepare your DS-160 and book your interview slot online where availability allows. The interview itself is attended in person at the embassy or consulate. Appointment availability can change at short notice, so we confirm the current service status and estimated waiting time before you proceed.
What it costs
Pricing is identical for Abu Dhabi and Dubai residents. Our service fees start at AED 350 for Schengen, AED 950 for the UK and Canada and AED 1,000 for the US, per applicant. Government and visa centre charges go to the authority, not to us: for Schengen you pay them at the visa centre on the day of your appointment. If we can't secure your appointment within the timeframe of your chosen package, we refund our service fee, under the conditions of our Service Assurance terms. The consulate's own decision on your application is never something we can promise.
