For one adult, before any promotion or group offer. Government fees are paid to the relevant authority and are separate from our service fee. AED amounts are estimates: the final amount depends on the official fee and the exchange rate on the payment date. The Schengen total is our Essentials fee (AED 350), the visa fee (about AED 360) and a visa centre appointment or service charge of about AED 150, which varies by country and centre and which you pay when you book the appointment yourself. The Canada total is AED 1,220 without biometrics and AED 1,450 with. For the United States, package availability depends on the current status of US visa services.
What you pay us, and what goes to the authority
Government and visa centre charges: paid to the authority, not to us
The visa fee is set by the relevant authority and is never our revenue. For Schengen, it is almost always paid by each applicant at the visa centre on the day of the appointment: only applicants can enter, so it does not go through us. For the UK, US and Canada, you can pay it yourself through the official link, or we can pay it for you: it then appears as a separate line, at cost, with a receipt. The amount is the same either way, and we add no margin. Visa centre charges can vary by country, centre and optional services.
Our service fee: what you pay us
It covers the preparation of your application and the search for your appointment. For Schengen, a file cannot be started without an appointment, so finding one is part of our packages, except Essentials, which is for applicants who already have one or prefer to book it themselves. It also covers items applicants often need to arrange separately: travel insurance and, for Schengen where required, hotel and flight pre-bookings (not final bookings). On top of that comes our time on your file. This is the part that differs from one agency to the next.
We show the two amounts separately so you can see exactly what our service costs and what goes to the authority. The total budget is always shown, in our cost calculator and in every written quote. An all-inclusive price can be convenient, but it does not show how much goes to the authority and how much is the agency's fee.

It is almost always paid by each applicant at the visa centre on the day of the appointment, not to us. If you book the appointment yourself, allow about AED 150 per traveller for the visa centre appointment or service fee, which varies by country and centre.

Government fee: about AED 270 per person (CAD 100). If biometrics are required, add about AED 230 per person (CAD 85), capped at about AED 460 (CAD 170) for a family applying together.

Every package includes form completion, a personalised cover letter, a document checklist for your profile, travel insurance and, for Schengen where required, hotel and flight pre-bookings. Our fee is per applicant and the same for adults and children.
Our appointment timeframe commitment
If we cannot secure your appointment within the timeframe of your package, we refund our service fee, under the conditions of our Service Assurance terms, which list the exceptions. For the United States, where timeframes depend on embassy availability, the timeframe that applies is confirmed in writing before payment.
Visa approval remains entirely at the discretion of the relevant embassy, consulate or immigration authority.
Worked examples
- One adult, Schengen, Standard: AED 600 service fee (paid to us) + AED 360 visa fee (paid at the visa centre) = AED 960.
- One adult, UK 6-month visa, Standard: AED 950 + from AED 640 = from AED 1,590.
- Family of four, Schengen, Standard (two adults, children aged 8 and 4): 4 × AED 600 = AED 2,400 in service fees, plus AED 900 in visa fees (2 × 360 + 180 + 0) = AED 3,300.

What can add to the total
More than one Schengen country

Our calculator adds an allowance of about AED 350 per additional country for a multi-country itinerary, confirmed in your written quote.
This is not the same as a multiple-entry visa. A multi-country itinerary means visiting several Schengen countries on the same trip. A multiple-entry visa, by contrast, lets you leave and re-enter the Schengen area more than once during its validity period.
Longer UK validity

A 2, 5 or 10-year UK visa costs more than the 6-month visa. For a first UK application we usually advise the 6-month visa.
UKVI priority decision service

Optional and paid to UKVI, from about AED 2,400. It speeds up the decision itself, not the appointment. Worth considering only if your travel date is very close.

A faster package

If your travel date is close, a higher package books an earlier appointment. That is a choice, not a hidden charge.
Is it cheaper to apply yourself?
Yes, it can be cheaper, because you skip the professional fee. It also requires your time, and an incomplete or inconsistent application can lead to additional costs and delays. Applying yourself still means paying the government fee and the visa centre appointment charge, and arranging travel insurance and, for Schengen where required, hotel and flight pre-bookings. In our packages, insurance is included, and where we book your appointment the appointment charge is included as stated.
Professional support is most valuable for first-time applicants, families, applicants with a previous refusal and profiles that need explanation, such as an income that varies from month to month or a recent job change. We check which documents are mandatory, how each one must be completed and that the whole file is consistent before it is submitted. The official checklist is generic and does not always say which documents your own situation needs, for example if you are divorced. Another example: an income declared without a breakdown can look inconsistent with your bank statements and may contribute to a refusal.
If you have already been through the process, or held a Schengen visa and your situation is simple, applying yourself is a reasonable choice. Keep in mind that a refusal means paying the government fee again, a second application and a longer wait. Visa approval remains entirely at the discretion of the relevant authority, whichever way you apply.

Why our fees are what they are
We publish our fees for every destination and package, which many agencies in Dubai do not. They follow the time each file takes, and working remotely, with no walk-in office, keeps our costs low by design. We do not aim to be the cheapest or the most expensive: we price the time a file really takes.
Several packages mean the lowest price goes to those who plan ahead. If your dates are close, we can still work on your file, and VIP includes 24/7 support and a dedicated case manager. What limits a last-minute trip is appointment availability, which varies by country, not our availability.
